👩🏽‍💼 Assistant Director Supports the Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, licensing compliance, and staff coordination. Steps in as acting Director when needed and fosters a nurturing, professional environment for children, families, and staff.

📚 Program Supervisor Guides curriculum development, staff training, and classroom design. Occasionally assists teachers directly in the classroom and provides mentorship to ensure high-quality learning experiences and inclusive practices across the center.

🍎 Lead Teacher Leads the classroom with confidence and care. Responsible for daily teaching, classroom management, and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment. Oversees health and safety protocols and supports children’s developmental milestones.

🧸 Assistant Teacher Works closely with the Lead Teacher to support instruction, classroom routines, and child engagement. Provides hands-on care and learning support while gaining experience in early childhood education.

🛠️ Support Staff (Cooks & Maintenance) keep our center running smoothly behind the scenes. Cooks prepare nutritious meals that reflect family cultures and dietary needs.

Maintenance staff ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all.
